Why: There is a need for acceleration in delivering efficient and high-quality total solutions for neighborhood renovations in which everyone can participate.
How: An integrated neighborhood approach with management of renovation flows that controls risks related to quality, lead time, and participation in advance. The management will be conducted by the yet-to-be-established management organization, which will oversee the steering, monitoring, evaluation, and innovation of the renovation chain.
What: Establishing an accessible, customer- and life event-oriented, and data-driven approach that allows for circular housing sustainability initiatives to be continuously requested and executed within a neighborhood. This process must be capable of achieving a certain volume of housing renovations annually.
